You can use Selleys Silicone 401 for this repair.
Silicone 401 will withstand temperatures in excess of 200 degC and is Non-toxic when cured and suitable for incidental food contact in food handling equipment and food contact surfaces.
After the Sealant has been applied we suggest leaving to cure for a full week before using the oven.
