Is selleys all clear new improved formula safe for use in aquariums
I want to use it to attach ornaments to bottom of fish tank before filling with water. It says not suitable for permanent immersion in water, is this because its toxic or does it soften in water? There will be no load on the silicon from ornaments. Thanks

Damien All Clear is a solvent based sealant and should not be used in aquariums. The only Selleys product we say can be safely used in aquariums is our Glass Silicone . When using Glass Silicone we recommend allowing a full 7 days cure before filling the tank and adding fish.
